Is it possible to have a YouTube account (in order to subscribe to channels) without selling your soul to Google?

I don't have a Google account of any kind, no Gmail - nothing. I don't have any Android devices. I never use Google for searching (just DuckDuckGo).

However, like a lot of people I find it hard to avoid using YouTube and I watch the same channels time and time again. It would make things a lot easier to keep track of if I could have an account in order to maintain a subscription list of about 50 channels.
