Hi all, I've read here that Google Voice is better for 2FA than one's mobile number. Reasons include: 1) the Google Voice account can be locked down with 2FA; and 2) the number is locked to prevent porting. I'm considering implementing this strategy, but I'm concerned about installing Google apps on my device.
