We are Luc Cousineau, Ariane Ollier Malaterre, and Xavier Parent-Rocheleau, and we are management researchers at two Canadian universities interested in the use of employee monitoring software and devices (e.g., keylogging and mouse monitoring, webcam monitoring, biometric devices, etc.), and especially how the use of these technologies affect the lives of managers.
