I'm being doxxed, threatened of being swatted, and I'm a minor.

I installed something that someone sent me and it gave them my IP, city, country, WiFi names and passwords, my mother's name and phone number, my old address, and my new one. What in the world do I do? I've already contacted my local police department addressing the swatting situation that may occur, what else do I do?
