If I move to another country is it still easy for someone to track me and find me

I’m not a criminal so the fbi or the cia won’t be looking for me.. but would family be able to hire a private investigator or something and be able to track me all the way in another country ? And if so, what are some things I could do to make it harder to track me overseas? And yes I’m aware social media would need to be deleted, I could care less for it anyway
