I think I got a job because my interviewer liked that I have several years of customer service experience (non technical) on my resume. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have a BS in computer science, my sec+, and I’ve been active on tryhackme and hack the box academy. I didn’t have any internships so I decided to put my minimum wage customer service job at the end of my resume to pad it out. I’ve been there for an embarrassing number of years now and it’s my first job.
