I found AttackIQ academy, free certifications and courses, what are your thoughts about it?

As the title suggests, I am looking for any feedback regarding AttackIQ's academy training and certifications. It mostly focuses on purple teaming principles, their Breach & Attack Simulation tool, Threat Informed Defense mindset and operationalization of the MITRE Framework. Thoughts? Would it be worth it to use some of my time to get those? They are verified and give CPE Credits and my CV is pretty "empty" on the cert side of things appart from some minor ones.
