How to stop parents from tracking me?

I use an iPhone, have turned off Find my iPhone years ago, am under Verizon family plan with them, and occasionally turn off Location services. How do they still track me? I figured they planted a Tile in my car, but the Scan and Secure feature hasn’t detected anything.
