Finally got my first full on security role after Beng/msc in cyber security and 9 years of working from help desk to networks/infrastructure.

The role itself is senior in the organisation (very big company). I will be working in security assessments. My understanding is we look at the services/apps that teams have designed/developed when they are ready for implementation and assess them for security risks and compliance with the organisation's security policies.
