How to BREAKOUT of rbash (Restricted Bash)

So you have popped a shell but surprise surprise, you can’t do much. By much I mean a lot ! You can’t execute most of the commands, maybe can’t export any variables, can’t move from one directory to another properly, can’t auto complete with tab etc. Then congratulations, you are in a rbash or restricted bash shell. This shell lacks most of the capabilities of a regular bash or sh shell and don’t have all the system commands.
