How is Temu doing all this and still on app stores.

I just did a lot of research. Why I keep getting random ads in my iPhone 15 photo albums for the past few months. Realize it was Temu after seeing all these photos. One of them has Temu writing below. Even the photos are in Temu ads. I checked my privacy it doesn’t even have access to my photo albums. Nor an option to revoke its access. I deleted it.
