How do you hide from someone that knows your SSN and DOB?

Hi. I'm not sure if this is the right place, so please let me know if there's a better subreddit!

I have issues with my parents growing up and have always dreamt of cutting everything off and vanishing.
Soon I'll actually be able to do just that! However, I dread that one day they may use my personal information to suddenly show up at my door, or fuck with other shit.
