How can i protect myself, from being found.

Im gaining some social media “fame” from things i do (this is an alt throwaway acct not self promoing), my biggest fear is people being able to link me to different things ie someone finds my email address and start searching for things im linked to, or a username is looked up and they manage to trace it to my old roblox account that has my name yadda yadda eventually they find my real name and home address.
