How can i avoid logins for apps etc?

I mean, my freaking vaccum cleaner/toothbrush/washing machine/LED controller or any generic "smart" thing which seems to be basically everything right now demands me to log in/create an account and Ive been lazy so ive used the connect with Google account button but realized thats pretty much letting them use all my data so do you guys have a good suggestion on how to deal with this?
