I just got my phone repaired, and I did following before giving it to a service guy.

1. Backed up the device
2. Uninstalled banking apps
3. Removed SIM
4. Reset phone to factory settings
5. After repair, Updated to Android 14 which was pending.
5. Restored phone from backup.

However I believe, I may have done two things wrong,
1. I gave them my pattern unlock (as anyways my phone was clean).
