Has being in security ever made you feel paranoid?

Long time lurker, I’m just curious if anyone here has ever felt this. Have you ever found yourself becoming overly paranoid as a result of being in security? For example, maybe an app crashes on you and there’s that nagging voice in your head that says maybe it was caused by malware, or maybe your home network is experiencing high latency and for a moment you consider if you’re being attacked in some way.
