Almost every page on [www.reddit.com](http://www.reddit.com) includes Google, so they can track every page you view, at a minimum. Anyone who doesn't care about that, I don't know why you're here.
First, install uMatrix browser addon which will default-deny third party domains.
Second, login at a strange URL like [https://a.reddit.com/login](https://a.reddit.com/login) and allow Google only on that domain. reddit uses wildcard DNS so use any subdomain you like.
