Google asking me to verify my ID

I got locked out of one of my accounts for Google suspecting me to be underage and it's asking me to submit a valid ID card or my debit/credit information. I do have a debit acc but don't want to just hand that over to google (i don't online shop or use card autofill on that account).

Would it lock me out of my account or flag or something if I submitted a photoshopped version of my passport with everything …
