cybersecurity www.reddit.com

I've been a blue teamer for several years now and my current jobs has advantages but also some problems (i.e. people value my opinion, having some autonomy, lots of cool tech to work with vs being overworked, mediocre pay/corporate culture).

I wouldnt want to leave just for the sake of leaving but I'm looking for help on how to determine what good workplaces to aim for would be.

How can I be selective when deciding what jobs to apply for …

aim blue corporate corporate culture culture current cybersecurity jobs opinion pay people problems tech value work
