I am currently going to to school for cybersecurity doing a 10 months bootcamp. I still have about 7/8 months left to go but people keep recommending that I get a job in IT/helpdesk while still in school to get some experience that way I will have a better chance to get into a SOC/Security Analyst job once I finish school.
I just passed Comptia A+ and I’m scheduled to take Security+ in 2 weeks
