I'm looking for a new email provider because I'm fed up with Gmail lack of support and difficulties in recovering lost passwords. Ran into this subredddit and was curious what privacy-minded people use.
I'm looking for:
- decent privacy and security: encryption, 2fa, at least same as gmail
- an email where you can actually decide what is the trusted method for password recovery. Gmail always defaults to trusting your phone primarily, which I don't like as phones …
