Ghostery successfully blocks AD but AD spaces are still there.

I use Firefox. For unknown reasons I cannot download Adguard or Ublock Origin from the Extensions Store, they are not available in my country. So I chose Ghostery, but these ads on some websites are not blocked completely, and sometimes you can see the space for these ads. Is there any way to solve this?
