First time trying to buy a burner phone! How does this work on the plan side?) Are there pre-paid sims you can buy that don't need your personal info there?

Getting sick of everything asking for my phone number , but i know most services check if it's a VOIP, so burner apps aren't likely to work on them. It's time i start getting burners for this.

How do people do it? I understand you go to a store and get a cheap phone, but then it gets hard.
