Enhanced Safe Browsing - opinions?

Understand I'm one of those that feel the need for Gmail and occasionally Chrome.

Unsurprisingly this came up in my Gmail account to turn on this feature on my Android device. Upon investigation it uses data from Chrome use including system info, and monitors your inbox for phishing emails expected from your usage.
