Encrypted Dash Cam App?

I was thinking about the idea of using an old phone, modified to be a glorified dash camera and was wondering if anyone knows about any encrypted dash cam apps for android?

Also if it were to send video and audio to a back up location so someone couldnt attempt to swipe and delete all evidence.
