Discord alternatives

My group and I want to move to a Discord alternative. I've searched through many, but I'm having trouble finding something that checks all four boxes of what we're looking for.

Is there something that has voice chat, encryption, image/video-posting, and sub-channels inside a channel for organization? If push comes to shove, we could do without voice chat and use something else for just that.
