We used to receive 1 or 2 alerts each day of users who clicked malicious links within microsoft defender. Nowadays it has skyrocketed and we are buried in "A potentially malicious URL click was detected". The difference is however that they often claim to not have clicked anything. Of course that could all be a lie, but some of the clicks came from people I know and trust them when they say they didn't click anything.
