I'm really interested in darknet/blackhat monitoring, mainly just for curiosity and research. What are some some of the most popular forums?

I read that breached was taking down, but is now up again with new owners, is this a good place to start?

Are these type of large cybercrime forums/markets still active? Or is it all telegram channels these days?
