Cybersecurity employer expectations

Has anyone else noticed the job scope creep that employers are starting to expect? I always tell executives cybersecurity is vast, you can’t go to one doctor for everything, why would you expect to do the same with us? The short answer is usually “…because we pay you and it’s expensive”. But I frequently see job titles covering 1/2, 3/4, to all of the possible cybersecurity disciplines in one position.
