Cybersecurity Conference

I was recently exploring a list of cybersecurity conferences in Europe ( ill post the list below for those interested). I have never been to a conference and am new to cybersecurity but not IT / computer networking. I will admit I was quit supirsed at the price for just entry let alone trainings or any special seminar. Entry being between $500- $1200, and trainings reaching upwards of $4,000.
