Cyber security training portal

Greetings! Could someone recommend a highly scalable cybersecurity training portal for ongoing cybersecurity training for non-IT staff within a large international corporation? We have about 2000 email accounts and intend to use it internally, not for resale. Ideally, I’d like to set it up once and forget about it, allowing department managers to monitor training dashboards to ensure employees complete training on time. Thanks!
