Could my IP address be used to identify my Reddit posts?

Assuming that Reddit was cooperating, that is, so that there are no practical impediments - I don't mean could any old person work it out.

I'm not worried about this, by the way - I believe it is possible, but want to confirm my understanding before I make that claim in something I am writing.
