Compromised SSN in breach & question around data

Hi all - freaking out a bit as I got an email that my SSN was found on the dark web. I've placed a freeze on all 3 credit reporting agencies and signed up for fraud alerts.

I can actually see the data that apparently is in the breach - name, address, phone #, drivers license #, etc. and none if it is mine except the SSN. Should I assume from here my identity has been stolen if someone is …
