Certification Path Assistance

I have a co-worker who is looking for a good path to enter security. They already have a Security + (yea I know) but they have a great networking background 6/10, PowerShell and scripting 7/10, Incident remediation 6/10. What would be a good path for them as our company is looking to get them into Security/Blueteam. I personally dont like the offerings from Comp Tia and believe they are lack luster at best. I appreciate any feedback.
