Can the landlord internet network be trusted?

I live in an appartment complex of over 30 units that is managed by a large real estate firm. Until now, I've been paying for my own private fibre internet connection. However, I had to renew my rental agreement not too long ago and they forced me to get "included internet" as part of the renewing agreement.
