Can people find my Reddit account via things like reverse searches?

I’m basically anonymous on Reddit and like to be more open on here so I wouldn’t want people I know to find my posts but I also know that my personal email address is out there to an extent. Can people find my profile through my email address on here or with other kinds of search services? If so, is there a way to not make it possible?
