Can i trully remove informations from Google docs ?

Hello Guys,

Before knowing any better, i stored sensitive information on google sheets.
My gg account is fairly well protected, 2FA & such but still, i just want that information gone.

Delete the file ? i guess it will stay in a random bin/archived ready to be pulled out.

switching all data with fake one ? i think there is at least 50 version backup on each files.

Do you have any idea what's best ?
