Big 4 cyber identity analyst. Where do I take my career?

Right now I'm mostly doing IAM work. More consulting less technical. If I want to move up in cybersecurity and hopefully get a pay raise at another company, what certs or skills should I get to market myself?

I don't have an interest in any particular area of cyber because I've never worked with them and all seem fine.

Edit: for right now SOC analyst seems interesting.
