Let's assume you are a paranoid person that want to protect yourself against zero days as much as possible, thus need built in Sandboxing of processes and secure boot support (for making sure only signed kernel modules get loaded), minimal built-in installed software/daemons (no unnecessary stuff), software repository that its packages get properly checked by security experts in terms of backdoors and security flaws, maybe even built in SElinux configurations, etc.
