AWS security SIEM

Hey guys, CS student here and have interest in working in cloud security.

Does AWS have something equivalent like a siem such as Azure sentinel?

Or would I have to string together services like cloud watch etc to get similar functionality?

Im looking to make a project using AWS security tools.
