As a data scientist, there are public companies in my industry that I can clearly identify as long term winners, valuation aside. I'm thinking AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks. What are the equivalent companies in the cyber security space?

Crowdstrike, VMware, Carbon Black, Zscaler... there's a bunch of names out there doing end point security, but do any of these companies have a moat? What does it mean for one of these companies to have an advantage over others?
What other types of security companies should I be looking at other than end point security?
Why does everyone keep referring to Cloudflare as a cyber security company? I thought they were a CDN.
