I am curious how other security practitioners are handling and connecting Security incidents (alarms and investigations from different security tools) for which you potentially have a specialized tool - security incident management platform with ITSM-like Incident management tool which is used for IT related incidents. If you are connecting these two why and how you are doing it or if not what is the rationale behind the decision (pros/cons)?
