Antennas embedded on motherboards in newer devices

How do you mitigate the security vulnerability from wifi antennas embedded in newer devices? In older devices you can just detach the wifi antenna cables and pull out the wifi module. But now you have devices that have the antenna embedded in the motherboard itself - often times you cannot find where the antenna is.
