Am I being hacked by my own cyber security guy?

Recently, I learned my Wordpress site was infected with some sort of Japanese Keyword Hack. I got a warning from Google that my Review Schema was incorrect, and they de-indexed a couple of my pages.

When I went to observe the errors in Google Search Console, I was seeing Japanese characters and Google Schema on my webpages that I had never added. I did some research and learned it's a common hack.
