Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

I've used Life360 in the past as a safety measure (if my kid gets into a car accident, or is lost, etc. --I can open the app and see where he is. I don't use it to snoop on him)

but there are a lot of privacy concerns with it.

Is there a commercial (or OS) app that allows for the same functionality, but which doesn't sell user data to insurance companies, etc.?

accident app apps car commercial companies data don etc insurance life360 lost measure privacy safety tracking user data
