Alternatives for Google Drive (Docs) and Microsoft Office that respect privacy for medium to large businesses. (What is everyone using?)

For those who work in or for a medium to large business and values privacy, what office suites are you using to accomplish it?

I know of some alternatives are OnlyOffice, LibreOffice, and CollaboraOffice, but are you all using those?
