Allowing access to All images for iOS Apps instead of ''limited''?

So I currently have my app permissions set to ''Limited Access'' to my photos on pretty much all apps on my iPhone.

As some of you may know this process adds another 3-4 clicks to send an image, this is annoying specially when you are in a conversation with someone and keep sending screenshots.

My question is if it even matters if i allow access to all my images for the apps i use? It does feel like its the …
