Agent Tesla

A couple days ago I downloaded a RAR file, i extracted it and installed it, a couple minutes go by and windows defender detects a trojan called MSIL/AgentTesla.JZ!MTB.
At first I couldn't delete it even with windows defender, so I used the offline exam option and it seemed like it was gone.

A couple days go by and my Twitter account got hacked but I didn't mind, I didn't really used it and I knew it was something normal.
