Aerogarden indoor gardening appliance shows up as "Ring Device" on my network

This morning I was checking my ISP account and I noticed a strange device on my network called "Ring Device." At first I thought maybe one of my roommates had set up a secret security camera since we don't live in the best part of town, but after talking with everyone we confirmed none of us had set up any Ring devices.
