Accidental NSFW content on work phone

Accidentally opened nsfw post on reddit. I'm on a work device, but on my home wifi. Any chance thus is viewable? It started causing my quite concern. They also handed us the phone in the box still wrapped, so I'm positive there isn't an app or anything installed to track the device.

I'm also positive it'd be rare for my employer to even look into it. What are the chances of this? Thanks in advance.
